- The ogee is one the basic shapes used in moldings and decorative profiles.
- An S-shaped curve, it is convex at the top fairing down into a concave (shown inverted).
- The ogee bit is characterized by the concave shape coming off the pilot bearing.
- Using the optional 3/8" bearing produces a profile with a fillet at the convex end of the curve.
- Use in a handheld or table-mounted router.
